Enterprise requirements intelligence · In development

Everyone knows a piece.
Nobody sees the whole picture.

Your next project spans departments, workflows, and systems that don't share a single understanding. Cohervio is being built to investigate what the organization actually needs—before engineering builds the wrong thing.

A proposed AI-assisted investigation workflow. Not a released product or live deployment.

Live investigationIllustrative concept · synthetic data

Illustrative value flow: fragmented inputs from E-commerce, Store operations, Supply chain and Finance converge into the Cohervio coherence engine, which produces an evidence-linked specification, approvals, a stakeholder map and a risk report. A coherence metric rises from 43 percent to 91 percent.

Coherence: 91 percent

One business request.
A much bigger reality.

Choose a scenario, then step through how an AI-led investigation could uncover stakeholders, hidden requirements, system constraints, and unanswered questions—before producing a specification.

Investigation journey

Step 01 / Understand the objective

Understand the objective

Start with the business outcome—not a premature feature list. Define what success means and what is still assumed.

Business request

“Give every location an accurate view of available inventory.”

What outcome would prove this initiative succeeded? Which existing processes should change—and which must not?

Initial gaps

  • Does “available” exclude reserved and damaged stock?
  • Can the legacy stock API support the requested update frequency?

Step 01: Understand the objective

All scenarios, documents, conversations, findings, and outputs are fictional and predetermined. They illustrate the proposed Cohervio workflow; no AI investigation or enterprise integration is running in this page.

Months to build.
Minutes to discover it was wrong.

An initiative can be delivered exactly as requested and still fail the business. These are illustrative failure patterns that emerge when critical needs and constraints surface too late—not claims about any particular company.

01 / WRONG SOLUTION

Built the wrong thing

Three months of development. The business needed something else. The team built exactly what was asked, but the request never named the real problem.

02 / INTEGRATION

Hit the legacy wall

A critical legacy-system limitation surfaces after the architecture is complete.

03 / ADOPTION

Users left behind

A department's essential workflow wasn't discovered until the launch was ready.

04 / COMPATIBILITY

Shipped as an island

Each request looked reasonable alone. Nobody probed the system around it.

The failure didn't start in development. It started before anyone wrote a line of code.

From uncertain ambition
to a build-ready plan.

Cohervio is designed to investigate, not just summarize. Each answer can lead to a new question, a missing stakeholder, or a legacy dependency that needs validation.

  1. 01 / UNDERSTAND

    Start with the real objective

Clarify business outcomes, existing workflows, constraints, and what's actually changing.

  2. 02 / DISCOVER

    Find the missing voices

Map the departments, domain experts, documents, and systems that may hold essential knowledge.

  3. 03 / INTERVIEW

    Ask better follow-ups

Use adaptive, AI-guided stakeholder conversations to uncover requirements beyond the first answer.

  4. 04 / INVESTIGATE

    Challenge assumptions

Surface gaps, terminology conflicts, dependencies, edge cases, and integration feasibility questions.

  5. 05 / SPECIFY

    Give engineering clarity

Turn gathered evidence into actionable requirements, workflows, constraints, acceptance criteria, and open questions.

  6. 06 / ALIGN & APPROVE

    Close decisions when needed

Route unresolved choices to accountable people; support review and formal approvals where the organization requires them.

Not a rigid waterfall. When specifying reveals a missing assumption, the investigation loops back to the right stakeholder. Human decisions remain explicit.

A specification built from evidence. Not guesswork.

A traceable record of what stakeholders said, what existing systems can support, what decisions were reached, and what still needs investigation. Implementation teams get a clearer starting point, without false certainty.

Planned enterprise pricing

Built for complex organizations.
Scoped to the work you actually do.

Proposed subscriptions are billed annually; prices are shown per month. A smaller pilot can start in a large organization. Expansion follows licensed requirements domains, authoring capacity, and AI usage—not the company's total headcount.

Business

€7,500 / month

For coordinated discovery across a focused set of business domains.

  • 3 active requirements domains included
  • 15 requirements editors included
  • Interview participants & reviewers free
  • Scoped AI usage and standard integrations
  • Paid expansion as adoption grows
Billed annually · €90,000 / year
Strategic

€50,000+ / month

For broad, high-complexity deployments and specialized architecture.

  • Requirements domains scoped together
  • Editor and AI capacity negotiated
  • Interview participants & reviewers free
  • Custom legacy / private deployment options
  • Enterprise service and implementation scope
Billed annually · from €600,000 / year

What counts as a domain? A licensed active requirements domain is a defined business/workflow area with an owner and distinct requirements processes—not a self-declared “team” or every interview participant. Domain boundaries and included editors/AI usage would be specified in an agreement. Extra domains and capacity are paid expansions, so organizations of any overall size can start with a narrow deployment. These are proposed, unvalidated future price points and capabilities; Cohervio software is not yet commercially available. No current certifications, integrations, or security capabilities are implied.

The founding engagement is a separate, smaller scope. If you convert, its full fee is credited toward your first annual license.

Help shape the product.
Test it on a real challenge.

We're seeking a founding enterprise partner for a tightly scoped, founder-led requirements investigation and working-prototype evaluation—not a promise of a production-ready enterprise rollout.

The question isn't just “Can we build it?”
It's “Do we understand what to build?”

Bring one cross-department initiative with unclear requirements or difficult system dependencies. Let's discuss whether it fits the founding engagement.
