Everyone knows a piece. Nobody sees the whole picture.
Cohervio investigates one business request — the people, systems and open questions behind it — and returns an evidence-linked specification plus the decisions still needed.
A proposed AI-assisted investigation workflow. Not a released product or live deployment.

Illustrative value flow: fragmented inputs from E-commerce, Store operations, Supply chain and Finance converge into the Cohervio coherence engine, which produces an evidence-linked specification, approvals, a stakeholder map and a risk report. The number of open decisions falls from seven to three; people still make those decisions.
Months to build. Minutes to discover it was wrong.
A project can be delivered exactly as requested and still fail the business. These are illustrative patterns, not claims about any company.
Illustrative
Diagram: the request “Give every location an accurate view of available inventory” fans out to five teams and systems that each define “available” differently. Store operations: on the shelf. E-commerce: can be reserved online. Supply chain and distribution centre: arrived at the distribution centre. Finance: after write-offs. Legacy stock system (Warenwirtschaft): updates nightly, unverified. Two open questions: Is reserved stock available? Can the legacy feed refresh every 15 minutes?
Give every location an accurate view of available inventory.
Store operationsavailable = on the shelf
E-commerceavailable = can be reserved online
Supply chain / DCavailable = arrived at the DC
Legacy stock systemupdates nightly — unverified
One word. Four teams. Four definitions — and a legacy feed nobody has verified. Many teams. Different definitions of the same word.
Timeline: Request, Design, Build, Launch, of equal length. Four problems, numbered 1 to 4, typically surface at Launch: 1 built the wrong thing, 2 hit the legacy wall, 3 users left behind, 4 shipped as an island. An investigation aims to surface the same four, with the same numbering 1 to 4 pairing late and early, at the Request phase instead.

The failure didn't start in development. It started before anyone wrote a line of code.
How it works: six steps from request to specification
Choose a scenario, then step through how an AI-led investigation could uncover stakeholders, hidden requirements, system constraints, and unanswered questions—before producing a specification.
Start with the business outcome—not a premature feature list. Define what success means and what is still assumed.
Business request
“Give every location an accurate view of available inventory.”
What outcome would prove this initiative succeeded? Which existing processes should change—and which must not?
Initial gaps
Does “available” exclude reserved and damaged stock?
Can the legacy stock API support the requested update frequency?
Step 01: Understand the objective
All scenarios, documents, conversations, findings, and outputs are fictional and predetermined. They illustrate the proposed Cohervio workflow; no AI investigation or enterprise integration is running in this page.
Not a rigid waterfall. When specifying reveals a missing assumption, the investigation loops back to the right stakeholder. Human decisions remain explicit.
A specification built from evidence. Not guesswork.
A traceable record of what stakeholders said, what existing systems can support, and what is still open. Implementation teams get a clearer starting point, without false certainty.

Founding Design Partnership · Paid
Help shape the product. Test it on a real challenge.
We're seeking a founding enterprise partner for a tightly scoped requirements investigation and working-prototype evaluation—not a promise of a production-ready rollout.
12-week target · one initiative · two participating teams
Up to approximately 20 stakeholders, agreed interviews and approved source documents
€30,000Credited in full — not invoicedApplied to first annual license, if converted
3 yearsFounding rate — plan prices heldFirst founding partners only
Founding terms, deliverables, data boundaries, timeline, acceptance criteria, cancellation and credit treatment require written agreement. The founding credit and 3-year rate lock apply to the first annual license signed and are set in the written agreement; other subscription terms are negotiated by scope, with no automatic conversion.
Proposed enterprise pricing
Built for complex organizations. Scoped to the work you actually do.
Proposed subscriptions are billed annually; prices are shown per month. A smaller pilot can start in a large organization. Expansion follows licensed requirements domains, authoring capacity, and AI usage—not the company's total headcount. Proposed and unvalidated — the software is not yet commercially available.

What counts as a domain? A licensed active requirements domain is a defined business/workflow area with an owner and distinct requirements processes—not a self-declared “team” or every interview participant. Domain boundaries and included editors/AI usage would be specified in an agreement. Extra domains and capacity are paid expansions, so organizations of any overall size can start with a narrow deployment. These are proposed, unvalidated future price points and capabilities; Cohervio software is not yet commercially available. No current certifications, integrations, or security capabilities are implied.
Want to test the approach before a full deployment?
The founding engagement above is a separate, smaller scope. If you convert, its full fee is credited toward your first annual license.
The question isn't just “Can we build it?” It's “Do we understand what to build?”
Bring one cross-department initiative with unclear requirements or difficult system dependencies. Let's discuss whether it fits the founding engagement.
